Overall, July’s filings combined very large rounds for frontier technology and life sciences with a long tail of smaller offerings. The pattern suggests that private capital remains willing to support ambitious, technically complex ventures—particularly those addressing automation, computing capacity, energy resilience, resource efficiency, and difficult medical needs.

Key themes
- Biotechnology and healthcare remained prominent. Clinical-stage companies such as Apnimed, Inc., BlossomHill Therapeutics, Inc., Vogenx, Inc., Attovia Therapeutics, Inc., Latigo Biotherapeutics, Inc., NuvOx Therapeutics, Inc., Scribe Therapeutics, Inc., and Braveheart Bio, Inc. pursued capital for drug development and clinical programs.
